Microsoft Outlook

P2 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM can be launched directly from within the Microsoft Office Outlook interface.

Outlook is the first application your staff are likely open each day and has become the standard work-tool for much of our work. P2 CRM for Professional Services is an integral part of Microsoft CRM. With P2 loaded, your staff need never go to another application!

Most Professional Service software offerings have been developed in the 1990's in a time before e-mail became the dominant communication force that it is today. Consider the number of faxes being transmitted or received today in comparison to just 10 years ago or the number of letters that you write to business contacts.

CRM tools within Outlook allow you to assign an e-mail to a client, contact, activity or task. The e-mail exchange is then automatically captured and saved within CRM where it can be viewed and held against its related records. An e-mail can be deleted from Outlook , but maintained within CRM, allowing personal Outlook folders to be kept under control. E-mails captured in CRM can be viewed by authorised team members.

CRM tools also allow Outlook calendar appointments to be tracked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and made available to a team view.
